The quality of work, attention to detail and their ‘neighbour relation’ skills were fantastic. I think without the delay on the stairs (due to suppliers) the main works could have been completed in 4 weeks - thats amazing ! I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you, More Space and in particular, Mike Margreiter for helping us create our new loft. I am still away so haven't seen the bedroom painted and carpeted (and we have yet to paint the bathroom and landing.) But Josh and I are both absolutely delighted with the new floor to our house - it has become known as the north wing!
Mostly though I wanted you to be aware just how terrific Mike and his charming band of brothers have been throughout the whole process. It is quite something to have people in your home for weeks at a time, but they have always been sensitive and respectful of the fact that they are working in our home...from being scrupulous in cleaning up as they go along, to trying to limit the consequences of the build on the rest of the house.
Along the way I myself have had a few moments of indecision - and made some wrong decisions! - but Mike has patiently guided me through, always happy to do whatever it takes to get it right for us. I have felt able to rely on Mike's superior craftsmanship, his knowledge and his good advice throughout.

Re: Loft extension
I wanted to write and tell you how pleased we are with our loft extension.
The decoration is to be completed with carpets etc, to follow. However I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that John, Chris and Lee did a fantastic job with the building work. They worked to schedule, let us know what was happening at all stages, and had the right mix of consulting and recommending options for the work. Theywere a real pleasure to have around. I realise that not many people are likely to say this about their builders and this is why I would have no hesitation in recommending Morespace and in particular Johns crew to anyone who was thinking of having their property extended.
We have said our thanks to John, Chris and Lee but would be grateful if you could reflect the contents of this note to them also.

Just a quick note to say how pleased we are with our loft conversion!! Mike Margreiter and his men have done an absolutely brilliant job and we are really thrilled with the amount of space we have and especially love the fact that we got a really good sized bathroom out of it!
We cannot praise Mike enough - he really was so highly professional throughout, always happy to answer questions and to get things exactly the way we wanted them. He really is highly skilled in every way and we are especially pleased with all the little extras he did for us - making wardrobes and boxing in the sink and toilet. He was also extremely helpful when it came to sorting out a problem we had in the existing bathroom due to a leaky stopcock (nothing to do with the work he or Steve did!) and even managed to smile when the kitchen ceiling came crashing down on his head!! Thanks to him and his guys, the leak has been sorted and the ceiling fixed with new plasterboard. Lucky for us that they were here to sort it all out for us - we would have been very lost without them!! Also, really love the way they have turned our downstairs cupboard into a "compact and bijou" loo - very clever use of the space and finished in record time!!! Also, all three guys were total and utter gentlemen the whole way through, something I have never before seen in the building trade!!
We would be more than happy to show any potential customers our loft and would have no hesitation in recommending Mike and his team to anyone who was interested in having one done.

I have just been into our loft room after the cleaning service has been in to make it spick and span. I have fallen in love with our new space – light and airy and finished to the highest quality - definitely the best room in the house. We worked with Des Crilland and his team and I can honestly say in 15 years or so of using builders we have never come across a group of more talented, efficient and courteous professionals. Everyone that Des introduced to the site was of top quality. Nothing was too much trouble for Des and his willingness to listen and accommodate our wishes wherever possible made the whole process an absolute dream. Every time Des set a deadline it was met (and usually ahead of schedule). Every time Des made a promise it was seen through. We would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to any other clients – the whole process was exemplary.

Please could you forward this to the relevant people. Our loft was completed in September, and we were very impressed with the work. Apologies for the delay in writing this email, but we had a baby in October and have been very busy since then.
We were very pleased with the response we got from More Space to any queries we had. Mike Margreiter and team did a fantastic job and were extremely pleasant to deal with. We were thrilled that the work was completed on time and well ahead of our expectations. We also used Raphael Ramotowski for the decorating on your recommendation, and were again very happy with the quality and speed of the work. We have already recommended More Space, Mike and Raphael to friends who wish to have lofts and other work done.

Following up from our recent loft conversion, I would like to pass on our sincere thanks and gratitude to you for the fantastic job that has been done on our loft. The whole process was remarkably straight-forward, and the quality of the finished product is excellent.
